- Support outlet manager in daily operations and strategic planning
- Train and supervise staff to ensure exceptional customer service standards
- Manage inventory control, ordering, and waste reduction protocols

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues promptly

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field
- 2+ years experience in F&B or retail supervision/management
- Strong leadership and team development abilities
