- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders and vendors
- Lead end-to-end execution of special projects from ideation to launch
- Manage and mentor a team of supervisors to achieve performance targets
- Analyze market opportunities and recommend partnership expansion strategies
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams for integrated project delivery
- Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports for stakeholders
- Optimize partnership frameworks and project workflows for efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years experience in partnership management or project leadership
- Proven track record in stakeholder engagement and negotiation
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in tech/startup environment
- Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, etc.)
- Knowledge of Philippine business landscape and regulatory environment
