Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and implementation of pastoral care initiatives aimed at enhancing student wellbeing and engagement.
- Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior staff within the student services division.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative units to identify at-risk students and provide timely intervention strategies.
- Organize workshops and seminars focused on mental health awareness, resilience building, and life skills.
- Oversee the management of counseling resources and referrals to external support services when necessary.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of support programs to ensure continuous improvement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for student inquiries regarding personal and academic challenges.
Kualifikasi
- A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or a related field is required.
- A relevant postgraduate qualification (Master’s degree) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in student affairs, pastoral care, or counseling within an educational institution.
- Proven leadership experience in managing a team or coordinating large-scale student programs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with young adults.
- Knowledge of student development theories and mental health best practices in a tertiary setting.
