Tanggung Jawab
- Collect, collate, and validate clinical and operational performance data across various hospital departments.
- Perform regular data analysis to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify operational bottlenecks.
- Review existing workflows and reporting systems to ensure they remain efficient and compliant with hospital standards.
- Prepare comprehensive performance reports and dashboards for management review.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to interpret medical data and translate insights into process improvements.
- Assist in the implementation of new systems or modifications to existing performance management protocols.
- Maintain high levels of data accuracy and integrity, ensuring confidentiality in line with medical record policies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, Business Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a hospital or clinical environment is highly preferred.
- Strong familiarity with medical terminology to facilitate accurate data collection and interpretation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as a part-time contributor while maintaining high productivity.
