Tanggung Jawab
- Drive pre-owned vehicle sales performance to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Analyze market trends and vehicle pricing to optimize inventory valuation and turnover rates.
- Manage the end-to-end pre-owned vehicle value chain, from acquisition and refurbishment to final retail delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline digital and physical showroom operations.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders and clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor competitor activity and identify new market opportunities to expand our pre-owned footprint.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analytics for senior management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automotive sales, specifically within the pre-owned or vehicle trading sector.
- Proven track record of managing sales targets and operational workflows within the Singapore automotive market.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and financial KPIs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-energy, collaborative team.
