Ltd. is currently seeking a highly motivated Assistant Manager (Procurement) to join our dynamic team in the East Region of Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in optimizing our supply chain operations, ensuring cost-efficiency, and maintaining the seamless flow of materials necessary for high-level manufacturing production.
As an Assistant Manager, you will work closely with senior leadership to streamline procurement processes, manage vendor relationships, and implement robust materials planning strategies. We are looking for an analytical mind with a passion for operational excellence and a proactive approach to solving complex procurement challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, and vendor contract management.
- Develop and implement effective materials planning strategies to ensure inventory levels align with production schedules.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, production, and finance teams to ensure operational alignment.
- Oversee purchase orders, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and external vendors to secure favorable terms.
- Monitor and report on KPIs related to procurement efficiency and inventory management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, or materials management.
- Proven track record in a manufacturing or logistics-focused environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
- Relevant qualifications in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related business field are highly advantageous.
