Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Procurement Manager in developing and implementing strategic sourcing initiatives to reduce operational costs.
- Manage end-to-end purchasing activities, including purchase order processing, tracking, and delivery verification.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct professional contract negotiations to secure competitive pricing and favorable payment terms.
- Monitor and ensure strict compliance with company policies, local regulations, and quality standards.
- Analyze market trends and vendor performance to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Prepare periodic procurement reports for management review, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong knowledge of procurement software (ERP) and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Proven track record in vendor management and cost-reduction strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- High level of integrity, professional maturity, and ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
