- Lead and manage daily purchasing operations across multiple product categories
- Develop and execute strategic procurement plans aligned with business objectives
- Source, evaluate, and select qualified suppliers through rigorous vetting processes
- Negiate favorable contracts and pricing terms while maintaining vendor relationships
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize procurement workflows to prevent stockouts
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities in the supply chain
- Oversee procurement budget management and ensure financial compliance
- Coordinate with quality assurance to ensure supplier compliance with regulatory standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of procurement experience in manufacturing or pharmaceuticals
- Proven track record in vendor management and contract negotiation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and financial metrics
- Certified in procurement (e.g., CIPS) or supply chain management preferred
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software (SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing procurement teams
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance requirements
