Join PAP Community Foundation as an Assistant Manager, Procurement and drive excellence in our supply chain operations. You'll be instrumental in implementing transparent procurement processes that uphold our core principles of fairness, competition, and value for money. As a key member of our procurement team, you'll collaborate across departments to identify sourcing opportunities, evaluate supplier performance, and implement strategic procurement initiatives. The position requires a proactive approach to market analysis, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management. You'll play a crucial role in developing procurement frameworks that balance cost-effectiveness with sustainability and ethical sourcing standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Execute end-to-end procurement processes ensuring transparency, open competition, and value optimization
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational objectives and budget constraints
- Conduct market research and supplier evaluations to identify cost-effective sourcing opportunities
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts favorable terms and conditions
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and ethical standards
- Analyze procurement data and prepare performance reports for management review
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to enhance procurement efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of procurement experience with emphasis on strategic sourcing
- CIPS certification or equivalent procurement qualifications preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and financial metrics
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of Singaporean procurement regulations and public sector compliance
- Proven track record in implementing value-driven procurement initiatives
