Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic procurement plans for assigned categories to optimize cost-efficiency and vendor performance
- Lead end-to-end sourcing processes including RFI/RFP management, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiations
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for process automation and digital transformation
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulatory requirements, and sustainability standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver tailored procurement solutions
- Monitor and report on KPIs including cost savings, vendor compliance, and process efficiency
- Mentor junior procurement staff and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience with 2+ years in managerial/supervisory role
- CIPS certification or equivalent procurement qualification preferred
- Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, contract management, and vendor relationship development
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven procurement decision-making
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and e-procurement platforms
- Excellent negotiation skills with track record of achieving favorable commercial terms
- Experience working in higher education or public sector procurement advantageous
