- Manage inventory levels across locations to optimize stock turnover and minimize waste
- Coordinate logistics and delivery schedules to ensure timely arrival of supplies
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms
- Monitor procurement expenses and implement cost-saving measures
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards
- Prepare regular reports on procurement performance and inventory management
- Assist in maintenance coordination for restaurant equipment and facilities
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Knowledge of food industry standards and regulations
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and procurement software
