Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for driving operational excellence? Flex is seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager - Program Management to join our team in Kallang. In this role, you will act as a pivotal link between project execution and executive decision-making, ensuring that our complex global programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for synthesizing data into actionable insights, preparing high-impact executive presentations, and maintaining a clear line of communication across internal departments and external partners. We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the analytical rigor to drive our program performance to the next level.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and manage comprehensive program status reports, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness for leadership reviews.
- Design and deliver compelling executive presentations to communicate project progress, risks, and strategic milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, supply chain, and client relations teams.
- Monitor program KPIs and identify potential roadblocks before they impact project timelines.
- Facilitate project meetings, documenting action items and ensuring cross-departmental accountability.
- Analyze program resource allocation and budget utilization to ensure efficiency.
- Provide operational support to Program Managers in drafting documentation and project governance workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in program management, project coordination, or business operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization).
- Proven ability to present complex data to senior management and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing or technology sectors is highly advantageous.
