Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth prospect research to identify and qualify major gift prospects and institutional donors
- Analyze complex datasets to uncover giving patterns, capacity, and affinity for NTU's mission
- Develop and maintain comprehensive prospect profiles using CRM systems and research databases
- Collaborate with fundraising officers to design tailored engagement strategies for high-level prospects
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on research findings and fundraising opportunities
- Stay current on industry trends in philanthropy, prospect research methodologies, and analytics tools
- Enhance prospect database integrity through regular data hygiene and validation processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Social Sciences, Information Management, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in prospect research, data analysis, or fundraising operations
- Proficiency in research tools (e.g., LexisNexis, Bloomberg, WealthEngine) and CRM systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial and biographical data
- Excellent written communication skills for crafting compelling prospect narratives
- Detail-oriented approach with high standards for data accuracy and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced advancement environment
