Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement group-wide procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the end-to-end purchasing process, from RFQ issuance to final contract award and delivery monitoring.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality service levels.
- Conduct thorough market research and spend analysis to identify cost-reduction opportunities and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies, ethics, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Operations, Project Management) to forecast material needs and manage stock levels.
- Manage vendor performance evaluations and resolve any discrepancies in pricing, quality, or delivery schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably within a large group or corporate environment.
- Proven track record in vendor negotiation and contract management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/Purchasing software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of integrity, professional maturity, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Detailed knowledge of procurement best practices and supply chain management principles.
