Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the Quality Assurance department to ensure strict compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant industry standards.
- Lead root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions for any quality deviations or non-conformities.
- Develop and implement robust quality control strategies to minimize defects, reduce waste, and improve production efficiency.
- Train, mentor, and supervise a team of QA inspectors, technicians, and junior staff to ensure high performance.
- Prepare and present comprehensive quality reports, metrics, and performance indicators to senior management.
- Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve technical issues and streamline workflows.
- Conduct regular internal audits and inspections to verify adherence to internal policies and customer specifications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering, or a related Quality Assurance field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a QA Manager or Assistant Manager role within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong working knowledge of quality management systems, with a preference for candidates holding ISO 9001 certification.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using statistical process control (SPC) tools and quality management software.
- Proven track record of driving process improvement initiatives and achieving quality targets.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
