Multiple Reward is looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager - Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAQC) to join our team at Komugi Bakery. In this pivotal role, you will be the guardian of our brand’s commitment to premium quality, ensuring every product meeting our rigorous safety and taste standards.
As our QAQC Assistant Manager, you will lead quality initiatives, mentor production staff on safety protocols, and maintain full compliance with local food safety regulations. You will play an instrumental role in identifying process improvements, reducing waste, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality production flow. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive QA/QC policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the production facility.
- Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to ensure adherence to Komugi Bakery quality standards.
- Lead food safety audits, including HACCP and GMP, ensuring full compliance with national health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends, root causes of quality deviations, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Provide training and guidance to bakery staff regarding quality control practices and hygiene standards.
- Manage non-conformance reports and lead investigations into quality complaints, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting systems for all quality assurance activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in QA/QC roles, ideally within the F&B or bakery manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, and other relevant food safety management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to lead teams, provide training, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay to effectively manage both staff and external auditors.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working in a high-pressure manufacturing environment.
