Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate administrative operations for RAI research projects and educational programs
- Manage grant applications, compliance documentation, and regulatory submissions
- Organize academic conferences, workshops, and continuing medical education events
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaborations with clinical and research teams
- Oversee budget management, procurement, and resource allocation for RAI initiatives
- Implement process improvements to enhance research workflow efficiency
- Develop and maintain departmental databases for research outcomes and educational metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in healthcare or research environment
- Proficiency in grant writing and regulatory compliance procedures
- Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Familiarity with healthcare data management systems (e.g., REDCap, Research Electronic Data Capture)
- Certification in healthcare administration or project management preferred
