Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily refrigeration operations and maintenance schedules for stores and Head Office.
- Lead and mentor a team of refrigeration technicians and maintenance staff to ensure high performance.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure strict compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
- Implement energy-saving strategies and preventive maintenance plans to optimize operational costs.
- Coordinate with store managers and regional operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage budgets related to spare parts, repairs, and system upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Refrigeration Technology.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in refrigeration or HVAC management within the retail or FMCG industry.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Valid technical certifications in refrigeration systems and safety protocols.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian safety and environmental regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
