Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and monitor the Sales Assurance process to ensure strict adherence to MAS regulations and internal policies.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Balanced Scorecard framework to measure and improve organizational performance.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments on sales activities to identify potential compliance gaps.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for the Compliance Committee and senior leadership.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enforce compliance standards and conduct staff training sessions.
- Stay updated on evolving regulatory changes and advise management on necessary adjustments to business practices.
- Investigate internal queries and grievances related to sales conduct and recommend corrective actions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales assurance, compliance, or internal audit within the financial services industry.
- Strong working knowledge of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) guidelines and insurance regulations.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools and Balanced Scorecard methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or ACCA are highly desirable.
