Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns for Mercedes-Benz vehicles
- Train and mentor sales staff on product knowledge, negotiation techniques, and customer service excellence
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly
- Manage customer relationships from initial inquiry to post-purchase follow-up to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing and after-sales departments to create integrated customer experiences
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with dealership operations to ensure optimal stock availability
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for senior management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3-5 years of automotive sales experience with at least 1-2 years in supervisory role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing team performance
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop sales professionals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Malaysian driving license with clean record
- Knowledge of Mercedes-Benz products and luxury automotive market preferred
