- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of automated passenger mover systems
- Lead system performance optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and implement safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for system upgrades and technology integration
- Monitor and analyze operational data to enhance efficiency and reliability
- Manage capital projects and maintenance budgets for transport systems
- Ensure compliance with aviation safety standards and regulatory requirements

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil) with 5+ years relevant experience
- Proven track record in managing complex automated transport systems
- Strong technical knowledge of airport infrastructure and passenger flow systems
- Certification in project management (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred
- Experience with SCADA systems and predictive maintenance technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with root cause analysis capabilities
- Strong leadership abilities with team management experience
- Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills
