Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end procurement processes for Land Systems components, materials, and services
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize costs and quality
- Manage supplier relationships, evaluate performance, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure procurement aligns with project requirements
- Analyze market trends and identify potential risks in the supply chain
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and ethical standards
- Lead cost reduction initiatives and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers
- Monitor and report on procurement KPIs and continuously improve processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 5-8 years of procurement experience, preferably in defense, aerospace, or manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation
- Experience with ERP systems and procurement software
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles
- Certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is a plus
