As an Assistant Manager/Senior Executive, you will be instrumental in supporting the conceptualisation, development, and execution of initiatives aimed at strengthening the ACP framework and expanding the capacity and capabilities of the Palliative Care sector across Singapore. Tanggung Jawab
- Support the strategic development and implementation of national frameworks and initiatives for Advance Care Planning (ACP) and Palliative Care.
- Collaborate and engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community organisations, patients, and government agencies.
- Conduct thorough research, environmental scans, and data analysis to identify service gaps, emerging trends, and best practices in integrated care.
- Manage project lifecycles from conceptualisation to evaluation, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource utilisation for service development programmes.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, policy briefs, and compelling presentations to inform decision-makers and advocate for sector improvements.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and outreach activities to build capacity and promote awareness of ACP and Palliative Care services.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact and effectiveness of implemented programmes, recommending data-driven enhancements and adjustments.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery models and ensure alignment with national healthcare policies and objectives.
Kualifikasi
- A Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related discipline.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in the healthcare, social service, or public sector, with a focus on programme development, policy, or project management.
- Demonstrated understanding and passion for Advance Care Planning and Palliative Care principles and their importance in integrated care.
- Proven strong project management, organisational, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), with a track record of successful stakeholder engagement and presentation delivery.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with data analysis tools preferred.
- A proactive, resourceful, and problem-solving mindset with a commitment to public service and improving community health outcomes.
