Public Investment Bank Berhad is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager & Senior Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share in the investment banking sector
- Lead and mentor marketing team members, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and professional development
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media management, email marketing, and content creation initiatives
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities and optimization areas
- Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure cost-efficient utilization of resources while maximizing ROI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and compliance to execute integrated marketing initiatives
- Track, measure, and report on marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with media partners, agencies, and external stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field from a recognized university
- Minimum 5 years of progressive marketing experience within the banking or financial services industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns that delivered measurable business results
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research, data analysis, and performance metrics evaluation
- Excellent leadership capabilities with experience in team management and cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics software
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Professional certification in marketing (e.g., CIM, Chartered Institute of Marketing) or digital marketing would be advantageous
