In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing critical contract management and fleet operations that ensure seamless connectivity across the island. You will play a key role in driving accessibility initiatives, ensuring that our transport services meet the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and inclusivity for all visitors. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong background in logistics and vendor management, capable of navigating the unique operational demands of a world-class leisure destination.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the performance of transport service contracts, ensuring compliance with KPIs and service level agreements.
- Supervise daily fleet management operations, including maintenance schedules, deployment strategies, and incident response.
- Drive service accessibility projects to ensure transport systems are inclusive and user-friendly for all visitors, including those with mobility challenges.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize transport routes and capacity management during peak and off-peak periods.
- Monitor operational expenditure and assist in budget preparation and financial reporting for transport services.
- Implement safety protocols and quality control measures to maintain a high standard of operational excellence.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, mitigate risks, and propose process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in transport operations, fleet management, or contract management.
- Proven ability to manage third-party vendors and external service providers effectively.
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards and public transport infrastructure regulations in Singapore.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
