Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the Supply Chain team to ensure efficient operational execution and performance targets
- Oversee shipping operations, coordinating freight forwarding, customs clearance, and documentation processes
- Develop and implement trade compliance frameworks to ensure adherence to local/international regulations
- Optimize logistics workflows through process improvement initiatives and technology integration
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to enhance service quality and cost efficiency
- Conduct regular compliance audits and implement corrective actions for regulatory violations
- Monitor supply chain KPIs and prepare performance reports for senior stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in shipping operations and trade compliance
- Strong knowledge of ASEAN trade regulations, customs procedures, and INCOTERMS
- Proven team leadership experience with demonstrated coaching and mentoring abilities
- Proficiency in logistics software (SAP, TMS) and compliance management systems
- Certification in trade compliance (e.g., CTPAT, AEO) or supply chain (e.g., CSCP) preferred
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills
