Join Jollibee Foods Corporation's dynamic supply chain team as Assistant Manager, Site Logistics and become a key driver of operational excellence in our manufacturing ecosystem. This pivotal role requires strategic oversight of warehousing operations to ensure seamless inventory flow, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance. You'll orchestrate complex logistics activities while optimizing resource utilization across our Danao City facility. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, organize, and control all warehousing operations including inventory management, storage allocation, and material handling
- Lead and develop logistics team through performance coaching, training programs, and workflow optimization
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and distribution teams to ensure timely material flow and order fulfillment
- Implement and maintain compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies
- Analyze operational data to identify cost reduction opportunities and process improvements
- Manage warehouse technology systems including inventory tracking software and WMS platforms
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions and emergency logistics scenarios
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems, WMS software, and logistics KPIs
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret operational data
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) preferred
- Familiarity with food industry safety standards and cold chain logistics
