Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute high-priority cross-functional projects from inception to completion.
- Conduct deep-dive research and data analysis to identify operational bottlenecks and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with department heads to align project goals with JoyRide’s long-term business strategy.
- Develop detailed project timelines, resource allocation plans, and KPI reporting frameworks.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and reports to communicate progress and roadblocks to stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets and vendor relationships to ensure cost-efficiency and performance.
- Facilitate team alignment through regular status meetings and project documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, business operations, or strategic planning.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization without direct authority.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-changing environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Experience in the tech, logistics, or transportation industry is highly preferred.
