- Lead end-to-end partnership lifecycle management from ideation to execution
- Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners across diverse industry verticals

- Negotiate complex commercial agreements and contract terms
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify partnership opportunities

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial strategy
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and metrics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven track record of managing complex partnerships or B2B relationships
- Experience in tech, fintech, or mobility industry highly advantageous
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis platforms
