Logisteed, a leader in global logistics and supply chain solutions, is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager/Supervisor for HR (Industrial Relations Specialist) to join our team in Karawang, Jawa Barat.
In this pivotal role, you will act as a bridge between management and our workforce, ensuring harmonious relations while maintaining compliance with local labor laws. You will be responsible for conflict resolution, policy implementation, and fostering an organizational culture that promotes productivity and employee satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Indonesian labor regulations (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and have a proven track record in managing collective labor agreements and union relations within an industrial setting.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain constructive relationships with employee representatives, unions, and government labor authorities.
- Lead the negotiation and administration of Collective Labor Agreements (PKB) and company regulations.
- Provide expert advisory services to management on labor law compliance and disciplinary actions.
- Handle employee grievances and complex industrial relation cases with confidentiality and legal rigor.
- Design and implement HR policies that align with national regulations and corporate objectives.
- Conduct regular training sessions for management on effective labor management and conflict prevention.
- Monitor changes in labor legislation and ensure the company remains compliant with all regulatory updates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a specific focus on Industrial Relations.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Labor Law (UU No. 13/2003 and the Omnibus Law).
- Proven experience in handling union relations and industrial dispute resolution.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain neutrality and professionalism.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or logistics environment in the Karawang area is highly preferred.
