Indra Angkola is looking for a competent and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager & Supervisor SPBU in Mandailing Natal, North Sumatra. In this leadership role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our gas stations, managing daily workflows, and maintaining high standards of customer service and safety.
As a key member of our management team, you will oversee the daily operations of the SPBU, including fuel dispensing, convenience store sales, and car wash services. We are seeking a results-oriented individual who can drive team performance, handle customer relations effectively, and ensure strict compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the SPBU, including fuel management, convenience store inventory, and service quality.
- Supervise and train a team of gas station staff, including cashiers and fuel attendants, to ensure high operational standards.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of fuel and retail products to prevent shortages and minimize waste.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage daily cash handling, cash reconciliation, and financial reporting accurately.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and equipment maintenance checks to ensure smooth operations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the retail, logistics, or fuel industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
