Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily logistics operations, including warehousing, inventory control, and transportation management.
- Lead and mentor a team of distribution staff to ensure high productivity, safety compliance, and performance standards.
- Analyze shipping data and route efficiency to identify opportunities for cost reduction and service improvement.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and timely stock replenishment to meet demand.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and finance teams to align logistics schedules with business goals.
- Monitor KPIs such as delivery timeliness, order accuracy, and fleet utilization.
- Ensure all logistics documentation and reporting are up to date and compliant with regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or warehousing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license is an advantage.
