Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate sales team activities including client introductions and follow-up communications
- Prepare and process export-import quotations and documentation
- Manage client inquiries and maintain detailed transaction records
- Support freight forwarding operations and shipment tracking
- Collaborate with customs clearance and regulatory compliance teams
- Analyze market trends to support sales strategy development
- Facilitate communication between clients, sales, and operational departments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years experience in sales support or logistics coordination
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding of export-import procedures and INCOTERMS
- Excellent Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
