In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between our organization and our vital supplier network, ensuring that performance benchmarks are not only met but exceeded.
You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supplier lifecycle, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and mitigating supply chain risks. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement robust Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate supplier service delivery.
- Lead regular business review meetings with strategic vendors to address performance gaps and foster continuous improvement.
- Conduct thorough supplier audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with SATS quality and safety standards.
- Analyze supplier data and market trends to provide actionable insights for procurement strategy optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to align supplier capabilities with evolving operational requirements.
- Manage end-to-end corrective action plans (CAPAs) for underperforming suppliers, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Drive cost-reduction initiatives without compromising quality, safety, or lead-time expectations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supplier management, procurement, or vendor quality management.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, SAP, or ERP systems).
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex relationships and influence internal and external partners.
- Experience in the aviation, logistics, or food manufacturing sectors is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO standards) and risk management frameworks.
