Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement robust performance monitoring frameworks to evaluate supplier efficiency and compliance.
- Conduct regular supplier audits and performance reviews to ensure alignment with SATS quality and safety standards.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, potential bottlenecks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Manage end-to-end supplier relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for performance-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Operations, and Quality Assurance, to resolve supplier non-conformance.
- Lead improvement initiatives and corrective action plans (CAPAs) to enhance service levels and operational reliability.
- Prepare comprehensive performance reports and dashboards for senior management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supplier performance management, procurement, or vendor quality roles.
- Strong understanding of contract management, SLA governance, and supply chain risk mitigation.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel/Data visualization tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders and suppliers effectively.
- Experience in the aviation, logistics, or food manufacturing industry is highly advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment while maintaining strict adherence to operational deadlines.
