Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the daily administration and maintenance of enterprise IT systems, including Active Directory, SCCM, and SharePoint.
- Manage and optimize virtualization environments to ensure high availability and performance across all business units.
- Oversee the migration, configuration, and security management of Azure Cloud services.
- Implement and monitor robust backup and disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the System Engineering team to resolve complex infrastructure incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to assess, design, and deploy new system upgrades and infrastructure projects.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and industry best practices for all on-premises and cloud-based systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in system administration or systems engineering.
- Proven expertise in managing Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, and Exchange/Office 365 environments.
- Solid experience with server virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware or Hyper-V).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud services and infrastructure management.
- Proficiency in SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) for deployment and patch management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a high-pressure manufacturing environment.
- Industry certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, or Azure Administrator Associate are highly preferred.
