The Advanced Remanufacturing and Technology Centre (ARTC) is seeking a dynamic professional to drive strategic industry partnerships and accelerate technology adoption across the aerospace sector.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic business development initiatives for aerospace manufacturing and MRO technologies
- Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with industry leaders, research institutions, and government agencies
- Drive technology transfer and commercialization of ARTC's research outcomes
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate research capabilities into market-ready solutions
- Conduct market intelligence and analysis to identify emerging opportunities in the aerospace sector
- Represent ARTC at industry conferences, trade shows, and stakeholder meetings
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners
- Support the development of proposals, presentations, and business cases for new initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related technical field
- 3-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or technical consulting within aerospace, advanced manufacturing, or related industries
- Proven track record of building and managing strategic partnerships
- Strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes and MRO operations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience working in research or technology-based organizations is highly advantageous
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
