Tanggung Jawab
- Lead technical coordination and design management for construction projects.

- Manage technical documentation, drawings, and tender submissions.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and vendors to resolve technical issues.
- Conduct site inspections to verify technical compliance and workmanship.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in construction management or technical coordination.
- Relevant Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Construction Management.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards.
- Proficiency in technical software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional teams.
- Valid professional registration or license (e.g., BCA) is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
