Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and innovate new product recipes to meet market demands and quality standards
- Optimize process parameters to enhance production efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with R&D, quality assurance, and production teams for continuous improvement
- Monitor production data and KPIs to identify optimization opportunities
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or production environment
- Strong knowledge of process optimization methodologies and quality control systems
- Proficiency in data analysis and production management software
- Excellent problem-solving skills with root cause analysis experience
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing preferred
