Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee maintenance and optimization of ACMV systems across 50+ campus buildings
- Lead technical teams in implementing preventive maintenance schedules and emergency response protocols
- Manage energy consumption monitoring and recommend efficiency improvements
- Coordinate facility upgrades and system retrofits in alignment with sustainability targets
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Green Mark standards and safety regulations
- Supervise technical staff and conduct performance reviews
- Develop operational budgets and track maintenance KPIs
- Collaborate with architects on new facility designs and system integrations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in technical operations with 3+ years in ACMV/HACCP systems
- Valid Grade A or B2 HVAC certification from Singapore's BCA
- Strong knowledge of energy management systems (EMS) and BMS platforms
- Experience supervising technical teams and managing facility projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and maintenance management software
- Relevant certifications in sustainable building practices (e.g., LEED Green Associate)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment
