As a Technical Sales Assistant Manager, you will leverage your industry expertise to identify new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and foster long-term relationships with existing clients. You will work closely with the senior management team to develop market penetration strategies and contribute to the overall growth of the organization. Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical sales or business development within the chemical industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of chemical products and industrial applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
