Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with cross-functional business teams to analyze requirements, identify gaps, and propose innovative technology solutions that drive operational excellence.
- Manage, maintain, and enhance enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS) to ensure high availability, data integrity, and user satisfaction.
- Lead the development and implementation of digital projects, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations to deliver on time and within scope.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of technology solutions, recommending continuous improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Develop and enforce IT governance policies, security standards, and best practices to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Facilitate data-driven decision-making by overseeing the collection, analysis, and visualization of key business data using tools like Power BI and SQL.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, innovation, and technical excellence.
- Evaluate and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements are met.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in IT project management, business analysis, or technology consulting, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of delivering digital solutions and managing enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM) are highly valued.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL) and automation platforms is a strong advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
