Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive pricing strategies for global Reefer trade lanes to achieve volume and yield targets.
- Analyze market intelligence, competitor pricing, and trade flow data to identify emerging opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with global sales and regional commercial teams to ensure competitive and consistent pricing structures.
- Monitor and report on monthly trade performance, providing variance analysis and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Evaluate slot utilization and equipment availability to optimize yield per TEU.
- Support the commercial team in contract negotiations, tender responses, and special project rate approvals.
- Drive process improvements to streamline pricing workflows and enhance response times for sales inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in liner shipping, specifically within trade management or pricing.
- In-depth knowledge of Reefer cargo handling, supply chain dynamics, and cold chain requirements.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, or Power BI).
- Proven track record of managing commercial stakeholders and cross-functional teams in an international environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business strategies.
