Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement efficient transportation routes and schedules for multi-location distribution
- Supervise transport staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational standards
- Optimize last-mile delivery operations through route analysis and technology integration
- Monitor transportation KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate transportation contracts
- Coordinate with warehouse and store teams to ensure timely stock replenishment
- Develop contingency plans for delivery disruptions and weather-related challenges
- Generate transport performance reports for strategic decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years experience in transportation or logistics management
- Proficiency in route optimization software and transport management systems
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capability
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of Philippine transportation regulations and permits
- Advanced problem-solving skills with proven cost optimization experience
- Valid Professional Driver's License (Code 1/2) preferred
