- Coordinate with credit, risk, and product teams to resolve complex client inquiries within SLA timelines
- Lead training initiatives for junior staff on banking procedures and regulatory compliance
- Prepare comprehensive account performance reports with actionable insights for senior management
- Monitor market trends to recommend service enhancements competitive in the wholesale banking sector
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field with 3+ years' banking experience
- Proven track record in managing corporate or institutional client portfolios
- Advanced proficiency in banking software systems (e.g., SWIFT, Bloomberg Terminal)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial statements and market data
- Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CAMS) highly desirable
- Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
