Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily workshop operations and production activities
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards
- Manage and develop production staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Implement and maintain effective production schedules to meet deadlines
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of production equipment
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication
- Prepare and submit regular reports on production metrics and performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in production management or workshop supervision
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards
- Proficient in using production management software and tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
