Are you a fluent Mandarin speaker with a passion for professional communication and organizational support? LidaBaja is currently seeking a highly skilled and articulate Assistant Mandarin / 中文翻译助理 to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary bridge between management and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring that business objectives, instructions, and messages are translated accurately and effectively.
The ideal candidate will possess not just linguistic proficiency, but also the cultural nuances required to interpret intent and context, ensuring that the 'voice' of the leadership team is conveyed clearly. You will be instrumental in maintaining smooth operational workflows and facilitating seamless cross-cultural collaboration within our busy office environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-level verbal and written translation between Mandarin and Indonesian (and/or English) for executive leadership.
- Interpret and convey the nuances of management directives to ensure team alignment and understanding.
- Prepare, proofread, and translate business documents, reports, and emails with high attention to detail.
- Accompany management to meetings, negotiations, and site visits to provide real-time translation support.
- Coordinate administrative tasks to support the efficiency of the executive office.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive business communication.
- Facilitate effective communication between departments to ensure project timelines are met.
Kualifikasi
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) at a native or near-native level (HSK 5/6 preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian and/or English.
- Previous experience in translation, interpretation, or executive support roles is highly valued.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex instructions clearly and accurately.
- Strong organizational abilities and ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle high-pressure situations with composure.
- Professional demeanor with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
