Tanggung Jawab
- Assist lead teachers in the preparation and delivery of engaging Mandarin language lessons.
- Support students in classroom activities, exercises, and small group discussions to ensure comprehension.
- Prepare instructional materials, visual aids, and learning resources as directed by the curriculum.
- Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate attendance records.
- Help maintain a positive, interactive, and safe classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Assist in the organization of student assessments, exams, and extracurricular cultural activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development and classroom updates.
- Participate in regular staff meetings and continuous professional development training sessions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mandarin Education, Chinese Literature, or a related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Fluency in Mandarin (HSK 5 or equivalent preferred) and proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong passion for education and a genuine desire to work with students of various age groups.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Highly organized, patient, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a diverse educational team.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital classroom tools.
- Previous internship or volunteer experience in an educational setting is a significant advantage.
