Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain material planning schedules to align with production goals and delivery deadlines.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Analyze historical data and market trends to create accurate material demand forecasts.
- Liaise with internal departments, including production and engineering, to resolve material shortages or discrepancies.
- Review and update Bill of Materials (BOM) and stock cards to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in the implementation of inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Generate regular reports on stock availability and lead times for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in material planning, inventory management, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across different teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
