Tanggung Jawab
- Perform mechanical repairs and maintenance on shipboard systems including propulsion, HVAC, and auxiliary equipment
- Assist in troubleshooting complex mechanical failures using diagnostic tools and technical manuals
- Execute heavy machinery operations including crane maintenance, pump systems, and hydraulic assemblies
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with maritime regulations
- Document repair activities and maintain accurate technical records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate repair schedules and resource allocation
- Support emergency repair operations during critical vessel turnaround periods
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in shipyard operations or marine engineering
- Proficiency with mechanical tools, diagnostic equipment, and heavy machinery
- Familiarity with ship repair processes and maritime safety protocols
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments and confined spaces
